Scream Queens

Scream Queens Inspired Outfit

Happy Tuesday! If you happened to catch Ryan Murphy’s satirical, sorority horror spoof, Scream Queens, you probably oohed and awed over the gorgeous costumes and décor as much as I did.

This look was inspired by Emma Roberts character Chanel Oberlin. With costumes designed by Lou Eyrich (her inspiration was macaroons), I was equally smitten by Ms. Robert’s performance and her designer wardrobe. Not to mention her characters closet (photos here and check out this incredible 360 degree tour here).

This outfit was made up entirely of pieces I already had in my closet with the addition of this new Queen Bee necklace from BaubleBar. It’s part of Olivia Palermo’s collaboration with the online retailer and I had been eyeing it for months. The sweater was part of a two-piece dress from Pixie Market (previously worn here) and the jacket is in heavy rotation in my LA Winter wardrobe.
