Happy Wednesday! How is your 2018 going so far? I am still getting back into the swing of things and making my first big plans for the year.
Amina and I shot these photos at the end of 2017 when the holiday décor was on display in Beverly Hills. It’s become our tradition to meet in the city at this time of year. Her Mom was in town from Sweden which made the occasion even more festive. We shot these photos and then stopped for tea and pumpkin bread at M Café.
This Zara floral blouse was purchased during their Black Friday sale, but they still have an awesome sale happening right now, so make sure to check it out. While some people shy away from styling florals in Winter, I find them a lovely print to wear year round, as you can see here and here. Just be sure to choose darker hues and a slightly sturdier fabric than you’d wear in Spring or Summer.
This red riding hood coat was purchased many years ago and it’s come in handy every rainy weather season. I’m linking to a few similar coats below. I would highly recommend adding a red wool coat to your Winter Repertoire. It adds such a striking pop of color to so many looks.
And speaking of a pop of color, how amazing is this Burgundy bag from Tammy & Benjamin. I’ve been obsessed with this handbag line for over a year and this bag was another one of my Black Friday purchases. It’s already getting so much use. You can see how I previously styled it here.
