Easter Waits for No Bunny

Easter Basket Making Ideas

After Caroline and I finished baking our cookies, it was time to get to work stuffing our Easter Baskets.

I stopped at Cost Plus World Market, The Container Store and Whole Foods the day before to stock up on supplies. I bought baskets and straw filler, treat bags, cards and lots of candy and toys for the little ones. You can customize your baskets for grown ups with their favorite treats and gifts. Lipstick and nail polish are fun ideas for women and teens and golf balls, CDs or even favorite condiments like Tabasco Sauce could be amusing for your favorite guy.

The chocolate carrots only have 70 calories each. Mr. Pretty Little Shopper said “that means you can eat a whole bunch!” 🙂

After the cookies cooled off, we packaged them up in the treat bags and placed them in our baskets.

And we finished just in time to make some deliveries.
